I had a problem recently that required car scratch repair. When I first began looking around I was surprised about how little information there was about it. Now I have overcome the situation I wanted my experience to help others so that they aren't lost by what to do.
The 'accident' happened a few weeks ago. I was out for the day with my girlfriend and we went in the car. When we returned to the car I noticed that there was a scratch on my door. I knew straight away that I would have to use a car scratch repair service. I was furious about it.
Many people won't understand why having this happen got me so angry. I love my car and a bit of a petrol head. I didn't want it damaged by the horrible yellow car that was next to me. What made it worse was the reminder that it left on my door.
My girlfriend calls me tight but I prefer to refer to it as frugal. I didn't want to spend money on car scratch repair. I considered trying to do it myself. This was when I first encountered the problem of not being able to find much about it on the internet. It didn't take me long to change my mind once I found out a bit.
I know someone who works in the car industry. I thought I would try my luck and ask him if he thought he could do it. He told me that something like this has to be done by a professional. He said that he hadn't done car scratch repair for a long time so didn't want to chance it.

I can't believe that they would come from such a distance but they did so I was pleased. It wasn't as expensive as I thought and looks as good as new now.
