Polishing Your Car: What It Says About You

By Evangeline Santos

Often, we come across men who love their cars so much that they refer to their rides as their babies. But, on another news: Women are also equally treating their rides as their babies! And who can blame them? A set of wheels, even those purchased second or third hand, still costs thousands of dollars. They are not just means to transport an individual from one place to another; its a social symbolism, one that almost guarantees a date or the start of a new romantic relationship if presented right.

This fact cannot be argued: there are women who are drawn not to the person who drives a car but to the type of car he owns. Furthermore, based on the results of several studies, it has been shown that one can actually surmise the character of a car driver based on the condition of the car he or she drives. Thus, an S-series vehicle can flash class and wealth, but the effect could be ruined if the vehicle is poorly maintained.

Thus, here is a word of advice for all people who own cars: The type of vehicle you drive does not really matter in the long run; you can keep the road worthiness of your ride if you constantly clean and polish the vehicle. A little time off for car polish is well worth the effort in keeping the state of your vehicle.

A well-maintained car, no matter what brand or age, is a very appealing ride, indeed. So, a little commitment in the car polish ritual could work wonders in making your car roadworthy for years to come. It gives women the impression that the owner knows how to take care of his own wellbeing.

Do you realize that the condition and state of the car you drive tells so much about your character, for example, your state of health, your view about personal possessions and of personal care and hygiene? That's what studies have concluded. Women base a guy's personality on how well he takes care of his car. A well-maintained car means that the car owner is also well-maintained. It's not a bad thing to take care of one's health, so it can also be transmuted to the vehicle that the person drives. Women would prefer a man with well-maintained and buffed vehicle than a man who lets his car to rust, which they see as a sign of a guy with unhealthy diet and poor personal hygiene.

For an expert polish that imparts on your car a sleek look, you can drive to a car wash and polish establishment. But to give your car a personalized grooming service, have your own set of car polish products at home.
